Fick minsann ackreditering till Americas Cup

Synd att man inte kan åka när man fick detta i mailen idag :(

We thank you for your interest in the 33 America’s Cup.
This email confirms acceptance of your request for accreditation to cover the 33 America’s Cup held in Valencia from 8th February 2010.
The Accreditation Desk, situated in the Media Centre, will open from 4th of February.
Your accreditation will be available for collection, at the Accreditations Desk in the Media Centre from 10:00 on the 4th of February. Please ensure to bring valid identification to present upon collection.

TO FOLLOW THE RACING
Print and Online Media:
Facilities will be available to follow the racing live from the Media Centre:

AC Theatre situated in the America’s Cup Media Centre will stream the live television combined with the vitual animated feed.
You can follow the racing live on www.americascup.com
Spanish channels Teledeporte and Canal 9 will broadcast the racing live
IMPORTANT NOTE: It will be complicated to follow the racing of the 33rd America’s Cup from the water due to the distnce to the race area and safety and logistical measures this entails. The organisation cannot therefore guarantee that media boats will be available to all to follow the racing on the water.
Photography:
There will be limited number spaces on photo boats to follow the racing on the water. The organisation will assign the spaces individually each day of competition.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that the conditions on the water are tough and cold and that the boats can remain on at sea for hours at a time.
Accreditation acceptance for a photographer does not guarantee a space on a photo boat.

12th February 10:00 Race 3 - Warning Signal (if required)

14th to 25th February incl.: Reserve Days

Ground floor of the Veles e Vents building – entry through the harbour side of the building
Media Centre Services:

Working space with free wifi or cable Internet connexion
Information including daily press release
AC Theatre to follow the racing in real time
Press Conference Room
Radio facilities with ISDN lines (check charges)
IMPORTANT NOTE: There are a limited number of spaces in the Media Centre.
Access and Parking facilities:
From 4th February 2010 all cars entering the inner harbour perimeter will need accreditation passes. The only entry to Port America’s Cup for accredited vehicles is situated in front of the Hotel Neptuno.
If you intend to come and collect your accreditation by car, we suggest you park in the public car park situated behind the Hotel Neptuno.
You can collect a car parking pass at the Accreditations Desk in the Media Centre. A limited number of car parking passes will be given to each media depending on demand.
